Your resume is unique and organized. I like the choice of font and color you made. The brown box in the corner is simple yet adds a lot of character to your resume. You had proper headers, the use of action verbs, and a nice format. Your clinical rotations area includes all of the relevant information. The only organization issue was how the header for certifications is on a separate page from the certifications. This is just a small fix and overall your resume looks amazing.

My only suggestion would be to consider putting Hospital Elder Life Program Volunteer instead of hospital volunteer. Other than that I love the set up and use of space within this resume and I will think about this resume when altering my own.
Celine, I think your resume looks really professional and easy to follow. There is plenty of white spacing that makes the resume look organized and neat. I like how you have nursing skills listed at the top, so your potential employer immediately knows what you bring to the table. I would suggest putting your New England Rehab rotation under a Rehabilitation Rotation category, as it was more of a rehab facility than a med-surg rotation. I think adding a References category would also be beneficial. I also noticed the bullets under your Senior Preceptorship section are slightly off compared to the rest of your clinical summaries. Those are a few small edits, but all in all this resume looks great!
I might spell out “Home Health Aide,” as I had to think for a moment about what that one meant – between CNA/LNA/HHA/PCT there are so many terms for these similar positions! I might also put the years for “Spring Junior Semester,” etc., so that the hospital will know how current your skills are. I also like the format of the resume, it looks very straight-forward and professional! I think this is a great resume.
