This clinical exemplar describes an experience I had with a patient during my preceptorship. I wrote about a patient I had and how my experience with that patient impacted me. I learned a lot during all of my clinical experiences, but this patient always comes to mind when I think about the importance of communication, delegation, and self-care. Reflecting on my experiences will help me to become a better quality nurse because I can further develop my emotional and physical skills and evaluate ways to improve my practice.
